The Ethos of This Training
This training is rooted in the belief that yoga is both a sacred tradition and a living, breathing practice—meant to meet the complexity of our modern world, both on and off the mat. We honor lineage, intelligent anatomy, and a simple, sustainable sequencing model that cultivates teachers who lead with authenticity, steadiness, and heart. Inside this training, we value depth over performance, regulation over intensity, and presence over perfection. Through philosophy, consciousness, devotion to specialized populations, and contemplative practices, you are invited not just to teach yoga—but to embody it as a living ecosystem that supports your own life and the lives of those you serve.
