Liability Waiver
I _______________________________________, understand that if I do not fulfill the course requirements that I will not be eligible for a certificate of completion. I acknowledge the following course requirements: • Attendance at all sessions (prior approval of missed in-person classes required) • Completion of all reading assignments, homework, and virtual classes in a timely manner. • Attendance of at least 20 group yoga classes during training• Completion of evaluations for 5 of the 20 classes • Commitment to a regular personal practice at least two times per week.

Tuition Includes:
Access to all program sessions and corresponding materials. • Yoga Practice, Meditation Practice, Teaching Practice, Group Discussions, Group & Private Coaching. • 20% off your Full Price Yoga Unlimited Membership at the current 2026 rate of $139 for the duration of the training period, *smaller memberships and class packs are excluded in the 20% discount*.
Attendance Policy
To be eligible for our 200-hour certification, strict program attendance is required. There will be No Refunds issued for failure to complete the registered training (see exceptions above). To receive your 359° Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, your Teacher Training financial commitment must be paid in full. If you are on a payment plan your certificate will be awarded once all course work is complete and financial obligations are paid in full.
The 359° Teacher Training Immersion fulfills and exceeds all 200-hour curriculum requirements, as dictated by various governing bodies such as Yoga Alliance and Amercian Yoga Counsol (which is why our training no longer participates with these organziations).
Potential Employment at 359° Yoga
Graduation from the 359° 200-hour Teacher Training in no way guarantees a position or employment by 359° Yoga in any capacity.
Participants in the 359° Teacher Training Program who wish to teach at 359° Yoga will be carefully selected via a rigorous and multi-layered interview/feedback process, which takes into consideration many factors, including but not limited to: 359° Core Values, skill level, trainability, integrity, & studio needs.

Refund Policy: If you have chosen to pay in full, the refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations 30 days or more prior to start of the course will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 1 day prior to start of the course will receive a partial refund (75% refund minus $100 cancellation fee).
- If paying by credit card I understand that a 4% credit card processing fee will be added.
- There are no refunds given to anyone for any reason who chooses to take our online only portion of training, you will continue to have access to our online content and training for 6 months.
- EXCEPTIONS:
- 359° Yoga reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. In the unlikely event this is necessary, we will issue a 50% refund for the in-person part of our training. You will continue to have access to our online portion of training for 6-months. In the unlikely event we are not able to meet in person, but can continue to meet virtually, no refunds will be given, we will switch to an virtual platform such as zoom and continue our training.
- Medical reasons: Should you not be able to complete the course for a valid medical reason with a doctor issued statement a future course credit will be issued.
