Our Classes & Workshops
Breath deep, sweat and enjoy the journey!

Our yoga classes are energizing, fun and sweaty! Rooted in scientific energy healing modalities and the power of breath and flow. They are designed to be accessible to everybody and will take you through a heated 90 degree cardiovascular 60 minute workout that detoxes the body, burns calories, strengthens and tones the muscles, increases flexibility, enhances clarity, and reduces stress. We love the science behind energy, breath and movement and putting it all together on your mat is the most rewarding gift you can give yourself!

Or if you prefer to wind down, chill out and move back into balance in a slower more mindful way we offer a variety of restorative classes that are soothing and gentle and perfect for everyone.

Restorative Yoga (all levels)
Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. This practice utilizes very simple physical postures that are highly supported by props. It also incorporates relaxing practices like pranayama and meditation to help soothe the nervous system and move your body and mind into more relaxed, meditative states.

We close with grounding stretches and mindful breathwork to leave you feeling strong, centered, and recharged. All levels welcome.

Somatic Yoga  (all levels)
Somatic yoga is a gentle and mindful practice that combines movement, breath, and meditation to promote stress relief and enhance overall well-being. In this form of yoga, the focus is on cultivating body awareness, releasing tension, and restoring balance to the nervous system. During somatic yoga, you engage in slow, deliberate movements and explore subtle sensations in the body. This mindful approach allows you to connect with your body's wisdom and deepen the mind-body connection. By consciously moving through postures and stretches, you can release physical and emotional tension stored in the muscles and tissues.

Breathing exercises play a significant role in somatic yoga. Deep, rhythmic breaths help activate the relaxation response, reducing stress and promoting a calm state of mind. This practice encourages you to be present in the moment and embrace the sensations and feelings that arise during the practice. Somatic yoga also incorporates elements of meditation and mindfulness. By combining movement and stillness, you can quiet the mind, cultivate inner peace, and improve mental clarity. Regular practice of somatic yoga can help you manage stress, increase resilience, and develop a greater sense of self-awareness. Overall, somatic yoga offers a holistic approach to stress relief and meditation, addressing both the physical and mental aspects of well-being. It provides a gentle and nurturing space for self-care, allowing you to reconnect with your body and cultivate a deeper sense of relaxation and inner calm.
