They are said to promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties as the tone carries resonance and frequency and connect to our chakra system. Buddhist monks have long used Tibetan singing bowls in meditation.
Sometimes it takes time to connect with your bowl and get it too sing....this is normal and when you do it carries a very uplifting mood to that connection.
Each size comes with a striker to utilize for your sound bath, the striker can also be used to chime the bowl like a bell.
