200 Hour Teacher Training PROGRAM
In this program you will be mentored through a fun and dynamic 359° Yoga Teacher Training 200 hr curriculum. You will learn the foundational principals of 359° Yoga as well as anatomy, assisting, advanced breathing techniques , voice inflection, commanding and holding the space for your class, our unique all levels power flow class, philosophy of yoga and yogic traditions, Yoga Anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff, introduction to energy healing modalities and integrating your unique inner voice to guide a dynamic and fun yoga class every time! This training will get you prepared to teach Yoga and upon completion of all required training classes, hours and workshops you will be granted a 359° Yoga Certification and will earn a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification.
