There is street parking on Biddle and Sycamore Street, there is also a parking lot located behind the building.

Can I eat before class?
It is recommended you eat a light snack such as fruit, yogurt or a small energy bar 1 hour prior to class.  Try to stay away from eating a large meal 2 hours before class.  Yoga on a full stomach is not too fun.

How much water should I drink?
Stay hydrated! Please arrive hydrated we recommend 12 ounces within an hour before class to minimize de-hydration.  Water is definitely needed during class so feel free to bring a bottle to class.  It is also recommended to drink another 16 ounces after class coconut water is an excellent way to replenish your body.
