Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. This practice utilizes very simple physical postures that are highly supported by props. It also incorporates relaxing practices like pranayama and meditation to help soothe the nervous system and move your body and mind into more relaxed, meditative states. The primary focus of restorative yoga is to assist in the recovery form illness or injury. It is ideal for restoring quality of life to individuals on the way to burn-out from the stressors of the hectic modern life.

Immersive meditation + healing experience (must pre-register, walk-in's not permitted and guest passes are not allowed for this class)

Resonance is an intimate, meditative experience designed to restore balance and inner calm. In this small-group class, you’ll wear headphones playing soothing frequency sounds, guiding you into deep relaxation. During the session, each participant receives a personalized reiki healing, creating a harmonious blend of sound and energy work. With only five participants, you’ll get focused, individual attention in a peaceful, supportive space. Perfect for winding down and recharging mid-week. Please note this class requires a 12 hour cancellation notice to avoid a $30 late cancel fee.

Sacred Wave Gong Immersions + 359° Yoga, featuring Gonglier Christopher Davis
Sound therapy is a powerful meditation practice that uses the healing vibrations of sound and gongs to assist in healing cellular trauma, reduce stress, reduction of pain, and clearing of energetic blockages in the body. The gongs bring deep levels of subconscious insight and clarity and provide deep restorative healing and restructuring on a cellular level. This meditation is done lying down on a yoga mat resting and absorbing the sound. Blankets and pillows are encouraged for your comfort.
The gongs sing for approximately 60 minutes followed by a period of deep rest and integration.
Our Gong Meditations are offerred every 6-7 weeks October - May, please view our schedule on Mindbody for upcoming dates/times or visit our event page on this website.
