Our yoga classes are energizing, fun and sweaty! Rooted in scientific energy healing modalities and the power of breath and flow. They are designed to be accessible to everybody and will take you through a heated 90 degree cardiovascular 60 or 75 minute workout that detoxes the body, burns calories, strengthens and tones the muscles, increases flexibility, enhances clarity, and reduces stress. We love the science behind energy, breath and movement and putting it all together on your mat is the most rewarding gift you can give yourself!

Vinyasa Power Flow Energizing and dynamic class be prepared to sweat! Fully guided class where postures are held for shorter periods of time and synced to a powerful breathing pattern throughout class. This class will strengthen, tone, move energy and detox the body. All levels welcome!
359° Slow Flow Energizing and introspective class for yogi's wishing to explore longer held poses. We will get the body moving and sweating through deep breathing techniques, fun and insightful fully guided flows and supportive adjustments. All levels welcome.
359° Gentle Flow Gentle Flow Fundamentals focuses on alignment basics and body awareness. The class is designed for students of all levels with or without specific injuries. These classes will help open the hips, hamstrings, and strengthen core while opening all areas in the body that can cause back, neck, and shoulder pain. This class will be a slow venture into the poses in safe manner, focusing on proper alignment including modifications. Appropriate for those with little or no experience, as well as practitioners interested in reconnecting to the fundamentals of the practice.
Yin Relaxing and Restorative class where you will be guided through a series of postures held in length from 3-5 minutes. The benefit of longer held poses begins by strengthening and growing not only the connective tissue of the body. which are the ligaments, tendons and fascia but the veins, bones and larger muscle groups as well. As these poses are playfully and gently held for longer periods of time the body will respond by making them a little longer, stronger and flexibile. Following your 45 minutes of yin practice you will be guided through a 15 minute meditation as you relax on your mat. Why meditation? Meditation has been scientifically proven to change the DNA and cellular structure of our bodies by reducing stress, improving concentration, increasing self-awareness, increasing happiness (YES!) slows aging (DOUBLE YES!) as well as benefiting the cardiovascular and immune health. All levels welcome.
Kundalini Yoga Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the Yoga of Awareness. Yoga means union of the finite with the infinite. These classes usually last 75 to 90 minutes, and use asana, pranayam, meditation, and mantra to facilitate within you an experience of infinity."In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul." Ashtanga Yoga Dynamic and rigorous class meant to purify and heal the body. Ashtanga Yoga with its many vinyasas is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence. SUP Yoga (Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga) What else could be better then Yoga? Yoga on water! This class is performed on a stand up paddle board on the water. The board is anchored and our expert yoga teacher specifically trained in water safety and SUP yoga will guide you through a fun and invigorating class outside, under blue skies and warm breezy waters. All Levels Welcome! Pre-registration is required to secure your board.
Yoga for Golfers Mind over Matter as well as some hip and shoulder openers to prime your game for the season. Specifically designed for golf enthusiasts. This class focuses on building flexibility and functional strength through the hips and shoulder regions; while enhancing focus, stillness, visualization techniques to master the inner game. Yoga has proven to increase the length and strength of our connective tissue (tendons, ligaments and joints) thus improving and supporting the larger muscle groups from reducing and preventing injury.
Yoga for Football Players Yoga for football players, in this 5 week summer intensive join us to build strength, stamina, flexibility and focus. This series is especially designed to enhance the key muscles of the hips for a wider range of flexibility while building length and strength around the connective tissue of the hips, lower back, hamstrings and core. This practice will move stagnant and congested energy out of the muscles, glands and organs to create a new level of space and flexibility throughout the whole body. Develop focused energy and tools to incorporate into your strength training practice to heal old injuries and prevent new ones. This series is open to all football players or sports enthusiasts looking to add a new level of performance to their sports teams, ages 15+.
Foundational Class (offered quarterly) pre-registration is required $15 Are you new to yoga and have no idea what to expect or just simply want a more interactive class to ask questions? Then this is the class for you. We will explain the foundational aspects of 359° yoga, terminology often used during class, the basics about ujjayi breathing (victorious breath) break down poses, utilize blocks and straps and offer modifications for poses so you can build a strong foundation to carry you successfully into your practice! All levels welcome.
Private Yoga Therapy Sessions $95 Our certified yoga therapist on staff will work individually with you based on your specific injuries or trauma. Individual instruction can include but is not limited to pain such as PTSD, chronic back pain, spinal cord injuries, anxiety, depression, scoliosis and cancer. Private Yoga Relief Sessions | Small Group 2-4 Yoga Relief Sessions $95 Private | $175 Small Group Yoga relief is a supportive, trauma informed yoga practice for those facing symptoms such as anxiety and depression. In these one on one yoga sessions, yoga and mindfulness tools are integrated to assist in balancing difficulties on and off the mat by specifically addressing your emotional and physical needs and concerns. Every transition and sequence is suggested as an invitation, multiple variations are offered in each yoga posture, and there is an option, as always, to choose whether to have any hands on assists. In this setting, we invite you to experience yoga on your own terms and explore moving at your own pace.
