Foundations Level 1 Workshops

This workshop is for brand new yogi's or those wishing to gain additional support as they are beginning their yoga practice. The intention of this workshop is to help you feel safe, confident and comfortable in your practice. We will be covering the basics of pranayama breathing (victorious breath) a powerful tool in our practice, foundational poses, and the use of blocks.
