Meditation holds more power for our emotional, spiritual and physical bodies in unique ways such as the development of our intuition, our ability to handle stress, prosperity and our physical health, yes physical health. As our bodies develop energetically through a consistent practice of meditation our bioplasmic field (our etheric, mental, emotional and astral bodies) become stronger and denser. Eliminating illnesses, viruses, mental agitations that over time break down the body and illness takes over.
I present this small group series for those wishing to empower all these aspects within themselves and so much more. The gifts that a meditation practice enhances in our day to day lives is immeasurable and must be experienced to understand the value and deeper lasting health that develops.
Each group session will be a short lecture and guided group meditation, we will focus on 1 aspect biweekly such as physical health, prosperity, intuition and relationship healing. A guided meditation will be available to download for use each day during this 90 day series.
Our lives are busy and stressful at times, many of us are overworked and this series is a tool (a seed) to plant into your inner life where true power and health reside. All meditations will be based on Grand Master Choa Kok Sui’s teachings.
This is a small group series in which we will develop a very sacred space with each other, no drop-ins are permitted.

Foundations Level 1 Workshops

This workshop is for brand new yogi's or those wishing to gain additional support as they are beginning their yoga practice. The intention of this workshop is to help you feel safe, confident and comfortable in your practice. We will be covering the basics of pranayama breathing (victorious breath) a powerful tool in our practice, foundational poses, and the use of blocks.
